Yes — very much. It was designed for a family. There are any setup which can create more office space or bedrooms. There is a bonus room off the master that has had two bunk beds or been an office. The foyer was recently tuned into a bedroom and back again.

To maintain the security and high standard of our residence, all direct booking reservations require standard pre-qualification screening through TransUnion SmartMove (or equivalent encrypted provider) prior to lease execution and key release. Depending on your income structure or residency status, primary applicants are asked to provide the following: 1. Proof of Income & Financial Stability • Salaried / Corporate Executives: Two most recent pay stubs or an official offer/employment contract verifying gross monthly income equal to at least 3x the monthly rent ($42,000+/month combined household). • Self-Employed / Business Owners: Two years of filed personal or business tax returns (first 2 pages) OR the last 3 months of consecutive bank statements showing steady operational or personal cash flow. • Corporate Relocations & Entertainment Productions: An official corporate guarantee letter or housing stipends contract issued directly by the studio, talent agency, or corporate employer. 2. Liquid Asset Verification (For Non-Traditional or High-Net-Worth Applicants) • If income is asset-based, applicants may satisfy financial requirements by providing proof of liquid cash reserves (checking, savings, brokerage, or money market accounts) equal to at least 3 to 6 months of total lease payments. 3. Identity & Credit Screening • Government-Issued Photo ID: Passport or Driver’s License for all adult occupants (18+). • Comprehensive Background & Credit Report: Minimum 700+ FICO score with zero history of housing-related collections, active bankruptcies, or eviction filings. (International guests without US credit history may satisfy requirements via corporate guarantee or prepaid lease terms). 4. Execution of Occupancy Agreement & Security Deposit • Completion of our digital Fixed-Term Temporary Occupancy Agreement defining exact move-in and move-out dates. • Payment of the standard refundable security deposit and first month’s rent via secure bank transfer or credit card prior to arrival. *All financial documents are processed securely via encrypted partner links. Sensitive personal information (SSNs, account numbers) should be redacted prior to submission.

Because our residence is leased on an exclusive, fixed-term basis (minimum 60-day stay), holding dates removes the property from the market for extended windows. Our cancellation structure balances guest flexibility with scheduling certainty: Full Refund (100%): Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled move-in date are fully refundable, minus a $250 administrative and payment processing fee. Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days prior to the scheduled move-in date receive a 50% refund of the initial deposit/prepaid rent. Non-Refundable Window (Within 30 Days): Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the move-in date, as well as early departures or mid-stay terminations after check-in, are strictly non-refundable. * Due to the extended duration and high-value nature of 60+ day stays, we strongly encourage all guests to secure Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance through a third-party provider to cover unexpected relocation, health, or corporate schedule changes.
